A man has died in Old Town, police have said.

Wiltshire Police said officers were called shortly after 7pm on Friday to a medical emergency at the junction of Kingshill and Bath Road. Paramedics were already at the scene when police officers arrived.

A 64-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.

His death is not being treated as suspicious and his next of kin have been informed, Wiltshire Police said.

A spokesman for the force added: “Our thoughts are with his friends and family at this time.”
