Three men have been charged after an incident in which they are suspected of illegally attempting to catch rabbits.

The incident took place on Sunday afternoon, October 29 in fields south of Stone Henge.

Lewis Hughes, 26, of no fixed abode, Jack Cooper, 21, of Romsey and James Kempster, 36, of Southampton were all charged with daytime trespass in pursuit of game under S30 of the Game Act.

They have been released on bail and are due at Salisbury Magistrates Court next month; Hughes and Cooper are due to appear on November 21, while Kempster is due to appear on November 24.
