A man has died at a Swindon hotel as emergency services including an air ambulance were called to the premises.
Wiltshire Police as well as two land ambulances, rapid response vehicle and air ambulance all descended on the Frankland Road Holiday Inn Express on Monday at around 3pm.
The force confirmed that a man in his 60s was pronounced dead at the scene.
A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: “We responded to reports of a medical incident at the Holiday Inn, Swindon just after 3pm on Monday afternoon.
“Sadly, a man in his 60s has died at the scene, and his next of kin have been informed.
“Our thoughts are with his friends and family at this difficult time.”
A spokesperson for the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT) added: “We were called at 3.09pm on Monday, January 15, to an incident on Frankland Road in Swindon.
“We sent two double-crewed ambulances, an operations officer, a rapid response vehicle, and an air ambulance.”
