FIREFIGHTERS had to put out a large blaze at Chelwood Industrial Estate in Cricklade.
Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service was called to the fire at about 7.15pm on Thursday.
Once there they found rubber tyres, metal alloy wheels and four large storage containers were alight.
Twenty-eight firefighters, crewing four fire engines and two support vehicles from Cricklade, Westlea and Stratton, used water and foam to extinguish the developing fire.
Crews were delayed for some time afterwards damping down and turning over burnt material to ensure the fire was completely extinguished.
One firefighter received medical treatment at hospital for a minor facial injury.
The cause of the fire is believed to be arson, although investigations are still ongoing.
