Adebayo meanwhile joins on a one-year loan deal from Premier League club Fulham.

Martin Smith’s capture meanwhile follows advice from Town’s assistant boss Neil McDonald – who became familiar with the 22-year-old’s style while managing in Ireland last year.
The midfielder spent last season at Northern Irish Premiership side Coleraine having been a part of Sunderland’s setup as a teenager during the club’s Premier League days.
Elijah Adebayo meanwhile boosts Phil Brown’s attacking options following the departure of top goalscorer Luke Norris to Colchester United.
Adebayo spent last season on loan at Cheltenham Town with previous stints at Slough and Bognor Regis while still under contract with Fulham.
