TOWN have confirmed that their financial issue with St Modwen about an outstanding £2.45million loan has been resolved.
Reports earlier this month claimed Swindon were set to be issued with a winding-up order in relation to the money, which was made up of a £1.45million loan and £1million interest.
But a club statement this afternoon reported that it has been "resolved to the full satisfaction of both parties."
It reads: "The board of Swindon Town is pleased to confirm that the issue relating to the loan between St Modwen Properties plc and Swindon Town Football Company Limited has today been resolved to the full satisfaction of both parties."
