CHARLTON Athletic have joined the chase for Swindon Town midfielder Yaser Kasim, according to reports.
Swindon have also offered a new deal to the Iraq international, whose current contract is set to expire at the end of June, with an unnamed Spanish side the other side in the hunt at this stage.
Kent Live have reported that League One side Charlton, who raided Swindon for top goalscorer Nicky Ajose last summer, have joined the chase for Kasim, who fell out of favour at the County Ground last term, but it is unclear whether an actual offer has been tabled.
Kasim has been called up to represent his country in a friendly match against Jordan on Thursday, June 1.
