MARK Devlin has quit as chief executive of Swindon Town after the club revealed they have accepted his resignation.

Devlin has wished Town the best in their League Two promotion push. He said: "I look forward to seeing them playing League One football next season."

And as he continues to recover from the injuries sustained in August's plane crash, he has expressed his gratitude to the Swindon Town fans who have provided tremendous support to both himself and his family. Devlin said: "I think the level of support shown by fans has been overwhelming and I'll always be incredibly grateful for that."
