Adrian is a Senior Employment Adviser and Team Lead for Richmond Fellowship’s Work Life service. He has worked in the fields of vocational guidance and employment retention for 30 years, in both public and private sector organisations, specialising in providing advice on disability issues to employers and employees.
His current role focuses on wellbeing and handling stress in the workplace, helping employers and employees tackle issues of workload pressures, work environment, working relationships and stigma.
“We’re living in the 21st century, yet the stigma of mental ill-health casts a long, dark shadow – fear, misunderstanding and poor public recognition stifle rational debate and add to the trauma of those experiencing genuine stress, anxiety and depression.”
He describes himself as a passionate advocate for equal opportunities.
