Police are searching for a man after a theft outside a pub in Swindon town centre.
A person had been standing outside The Victoria pub, on Victoria Road, shortly before 11.30pm on Sunday, April 7, when their phone was stolen.
Officers have since been investigating the incident.
They have now released a CCTV image of a man in connection to the theft and are urging anybody with information to come forward.
A spokesperson for the force said: “We would like to hear from anyone who recognises the person in this CCTV image.
“Officers would like to speak to him in connection with the theft of a mobile phone from a person standing outside the Victoria Pub on Victoria Hill, Swindon, at about 11.20pm on Sunday, April 7.
“Anyone with information is asked to call us on 101 quoting log 54240039518.”
