A driver in Wiltshire has been reported for having a Badminton Horse Trial hedge hanging out of her car window.
Officers from the Road Policing Unit pulled over a vehicle on Monday, May 13, after they spotted a large hedge protruding out of the car windows which was completely blocking the driver's near side view.
The hedge was seen as a significant safety risk and when further enquiries were made, it was established that the greenery was in fact a hedge from the Badminton Horse Trials which had taken place from Wednesday, May 8 to Sunday, May 12.
"Unfortunately, she didn't make it to the finish line after being stopped by the Road Policing Unit," said a spokesperson for Wiltshire Police.
