LICENSING ACT 2003

Application for a new Premises Licence To whom it may concern, take note that I CEVDET ARSLAN, give notice that I have applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of the FARINGDON KEBAB VAN on Pioneer Road, Faringdon, Oxon and that I have applied for the conditions of the licence in respect of Provisions of late night refreshment 7 days a week, Sunday to Thursday 17.00pm. to 00.00. and Friday to Saturday 17.00pm. to 01.30am.

Anyone wishing to object to this application should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, White Horse District Council, Licensing Unit, Abbey House, Abingdon, Oxon, OX14 3JE, before 4th January 2014, and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00am. and 4.00pm. Monday to Friday.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5,000 based on a summary conviction._
