LICENSING ACT 2003 PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

TRUST INNS LTD has applied to vary the Premises Licence for the Tap & Barrel 115 Manchester Road Swindon SN1 2AF

To extend the hours for alcohol sales and regulated entertainment on Friday & Saturday by one hour up until 01.00 and on Sunday by one hour and thirty minutes up until Midnight
A record of the application can be inspected during normal office hours (except bank holidays) at the offices of Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH

Any interested party or responsible authority wishing to make representations on the application must do so to the
Licensing Team, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH

Representations must be in writing and must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than the 4^th March 2014
NOTE: It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with a maximum fine of £5000 or summary conviction
