NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 27 of The Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or interest in the estate of Steven Lindsey who died on the 18th June 2013 are required to send particulars in writing of their claim to Carol Lindsey, 26 Clary Rd, Swindon SN2 2SB the proposed administrator of the estate by the 14th July 2014, after which date the proposed administrators will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have then had notice.
