NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Applicant: The Midcounties Cooperative Limited.
Premises: Co-operative Food, Queen's Drive, Sussex Square, Swindon. The application is: permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises between the hours of 06:00-22:00 Monday to Sunday.

Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding this application can be made to: Licensing Service, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH website www.swindon.gov.uk. This must be received in writing by 7 August 2014 clearly stating the grounds upon which representation is made relevantto the Licensing Act.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum finefor which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
