Any person having a claim against or ar interest in the Estate of Eunice Mary Mitchel late of 46 Swindon Road Old Town Swindon Wiltshire SN1 3JN previously of 158 De La Warr Road Bexhill on Sea East Sussex TN40 2JL who died on 6th July 2012 is required to send particulars of such claim or interest to the undermentioned Solicitors acting for Andrew David Gascoigne and Thomas Peter Hartshorn the Executors of the said deceased under a Grant of Representation extracted on the 18th September 2012 out of the Oxford District Probate Registry Family Division of the High Court on or before 21st December 2012 after which date the Executors will distribute the Estate having regard only to the valid claims or interest of which they would have then had notice.
