BANKRUPTCY ESTATE OF PAUL JAMES ALBERT TODD

IN THE BANKRUPTCY ESTATE OF PAUL JAMES ALBERT TODD IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE, NO 6319 OF 2006

This Notice is addressed to customers of any/all of the following:

Using the storage facilities at Hangars L6 and L7, Wroughton Airfield, Swindon SN0 4QZ ("the Hangars'). A Bankruptcy Order was made against Paul James Albert Todd in proceedings in the High Court of Justice No 6319 of 2006 on 8 August 2006. The current Trustees in Bankruptcy, Kevin Hellard and Stephen Hunt, who are both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners ("the Trustees'), were appointed as Joint Trustees of the Bankruptcy Estate by Order dated 20 March 2012. An Order for possession and sale of the Hangars was made, in favour of the Trustees, on 23 June 2010. A Writ of Possession was subsequently obtained and executed in September 2012.TheTrustees are now seeking to empty the Hangars in order to sell, or otherwise dispose of the same, for the bene­fit of the Bankruptcy Estate. By Order made in the Bankruptcy proceedings on 20 December 2013 the Trustees are at liberty to take all reasonable and appropriate measures to empty the Hangars of all items remaining at, in or around the Hangars.

Of The Trustees' intention to immediately commence clearing the Hangars of all remaining items which do not constitute property belonging to the Bankruptcy Estate; and 2. That any and all items remaining at the Hangars as at the close of business on 30 April 2014, being not less than two months from the date of this Notice, will be removed and sold by the Trustees. The net proceeds of sale will, pursuant to the Order made on 20 December 2013, be paid into Court to be held to the credit of any third party or other party who can satisfy the Court of their entitlement to the net proceeds of sale. Any third party who has property stored at, in or around the Hangars should therefore contact the Trustees as a matter of urgency, and by email in the first instance, to: wroughtonairfieldcustomers8gmail.com.
