NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980

SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL

FOOTPATH 21 LIDDINGTON ORDER 2012

The above order was made on 17 October 2012 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980.

The effect of the order will be to divert a length of Footpath 21 at Medbourne Farm in the parish of Liddington, running from OS grid reference SU42054 18102 via OS grid reference SU42066 18094 to OS grid reference SU42057 18086, on to a line running from OS grid reference SU42054 18102 via OS grid references SU42065 18094, SU42055 18093 and SU42054 18092 to OS grid reference SU42057 18086.

A copy of the order and the order map may be inspected at The One Stop Shop, Beckhampton Street, Swindon from 8.30am to 6pm Mondays to Fridays. Copies of the order and map, costing £15.00, may be purchased there.
Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Rights of Way Officer, Swindon Borough Council, Service Delivery, Wat Tyler House West, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH not later than 23 November 2012, stating the grounds on which they are made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any made are withdrawn, Swindon Borough Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
