An application has been made to the Swindon Borough Council Licensing Authority for the variation of a Premises Licence in respect of the King & Queen, 15 High Street, Highworth, Swindon SN6 7AG

The application seeks the following licensable activities and times: Sale of alcohol and regulated entertainment until 1am

The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH, [licensing@swindon.gov.uk], between 09.00hrs and 16.30hrs Mondays to Fridays.

Other persons (eg. people living in the vicinity) or responsible authorities can make representations at any time between 11 October 2012 and 8 November 2012. All representations must be made in writing [include e-mail or fax].

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application.

The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
