An application has been made to the Swindon Borough Council Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence for The Bell Hotel, High Street, Old Town, Swindon, SN1 3EP.

The application seeks the following licensable activities and times: Provision of regulated entertainment (films, live music, recorded music, performances of dance, and anything of a similar description) from 10.00 to 02.00 hours daily; Provision of late night refreshment from 20.00 to 02.00 hours daily; Sales of alcohol by retail from 10.00 to 02.00 hours daily.

The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH, [licensing@swindon.gov.uk ], between 09.00hrs and 16.30hrs Mondays to Fridays.

Other persons (e.g. people living in the vicinity) or responsible authorities can make representations at any time between 24th October and 21st November 2012. All representations must be made in writing [including e-mail or fax].

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
