Licensing Application - 1-3 Devizes Road, Swindon
An application has been made to the Swindon Borough Council Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence for 1-3 Devizes Road, Swindon, SN1 4JB.
The application seeks the following licensable activities and times: The sale by retail of alcohol. The provision of regulated entertainment. The provision of late-night refreshment. 11am-Midnight, 7 days per week.
The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH, [licensing@swindon.gov.uk], between 09.00hrs and 16.30hrs Mondays to Fridays.
Other persons (e.g. people living in the vicinity) or responsible authorities can make representations at any time between 30th October - 28th November 2012.
All representations must be made in writing [including e-mail or fax].
It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
