An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the granting of a Premises Licence for 7/9 Corporation Street, Swindon.

The application includes a proposal for the supply of alcohol.

The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH.  licensing@swindongov.uk  between 09.00hrs and 16.30hrs on weekdays.

Interested parties (e.g. people living in the vicinity) or responsible authorities (e.g. Police and Fire Brigade) can make representations at any time between 6 November 2012 and 3 December 2012.

All representations must be made in writing [including e-mail or fax].

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application.

The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
