Public Notice -Licensing Application Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the granting of a Premises Licence for Le Rendezvous 36 - 38 Haydon Street Swindon SN1 1DT.

The application includes a proposal for the supply of alcohol and provision of late night refreshment until 12 midnight 7 days a week.

The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH. [licensing@swindon.gov.uk] between 09.00hrs and 16.30hrs on weekdays.

Responsible authorities or other persons, (e.g. people living in the vicinity), can make representations at any time between 20 November 2012 and 17 December 2012. All representations must be made in writing [including e-mail or fax].

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
