Any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Leslie Norman Adye late of 42 Norris Close Chiseldon Swindon Wiltshire SN4 0LR, who died on 22 April 2012 is required to send particulars of such claim or interest to the under-mentioned Solicitors acting for Lee Harries the Executor of the said deceased under a Grant of Representation extracted on the 5 November 2012 out of the Oxford District Probate Registry Family Division of the High Court on or before 1 February 2013 after which date the Executor will distribute the Estate having regard only to the valid claims or interest of which he would have then had notice.
