Project One David Murray John Tower, Brunel Centre, Swindon

Renewal of the following electrical Installations as follows:

1. Landlord's Main Electrical Switchgear

2. Landlord's Small Power & Lighting

3. Landlord's Emergency Lighting

4. Electrical Supplies to Mechanical Plant

5. Electrical Supplies to Fire Engineering Systems

6. Electrical Supplies to Lift Machinery

Plus Builders Work in Connection with items 1 - 6 above.

Invitations to Tender for this project will be issued in January 2013, with works starting on site in March 2013. The anticipated contract period is 12 - 14 weeks. Estimated Contract value £500,000

Project Two - The Link Leisure Centre, Whitehill Way, Swindon

Replacement of the Building Management system as follows:

1. Replace all the BMS controllers and associated 10 modules in the Basement and AHU plant areas

2. Programme new controllers with energy efficient control strategy

3. Re-commission all plant after the changeover of BMS hardware

4. Supply and replace all temperature sensors

5. Carry out all required panel modifications

6. Supply a new PC with supervisor software

7. Wire a site wide BMS network to connect the control panels and PC supervisor

8. Design and commission plant schematics for plant areas.

Invitations to Tender for this project will be issued in December 2012, with works starting on site in February 2013.

The anticipated contract period is 6-8 weeks. Estimated Contract value £150,000

The deadline date for receipt of Expressions of Interest for both projects is noon, Friday 14th December 2012
