Notice Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925

Any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Stanley Charles Terence Cook late of 27 Nyland Road Swindon Wiltshire SN3 3RJ, who died on 14 September 2012 is required to send particulars of such claim or interest to the under-mentioned Solicitors acting for Andrew David Gascoigne and Thomas Peter Hartshorn the Executors of the said deceased under a Grant of Representation extracted on the 5 November 2012 out of the Oxford District Probate Registry Family Division of the High Court on or before 8 February 2013 after which date the Executors will distribute the Estate having regard only to the valid claims or interest of which they would have then had notice.
