Mr Rakavan Yogaratnam has made an application to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the granting of a Premises licence for 19 High Street, Swindon SN1 3EG

The application includes a proposal for the supply of alcohol and provision of late night refreshment.

The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at 5th Floor Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH between 09.00 hours and 16.30 hours on weekdays or online at mailto:licensing@swindon.gov.uk

Interested parties (e.g. people living in the vicinity) responsible authorities e.g.( Police and Fire Brigade) can make representations at any time between Monday 26th November 2012 and Monday 24th December 2012.

All representations must be made in writing including email or fax.

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application.

The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.00.
