Licensing Act 2003 - Marston's PLC
Application has been made by Marston's PLC, to the Licensing Authority of Vale of White Horse District Council to vary the Premises Licence for the College Farm at A420 Majors Road, Watchfield, Swindon, SN6 8TQ.
The application includes the folÂlowing terms:- 1. Variation to change the external layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority. Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices or the Licensing Authority at Vale of White Horse District Council, Abbey House, Abbey Close, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, 0X14 3JE.
A responsible authority or any other person can make writÂten representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to 3rd January 2013 (www.whitehorsedc.gov.uk).
It is an offence for anyone knowÂingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conÂviction is £5000.00.
