The application seeks the following activities: Recorded music, Performances of dance indoors, Supply of alcohol on the premises

Sunday 21:00 to 04:00 (prior to bank holidays), Monday Closed, Tuesday 21:00 to 02:00, Wednesday 21:00 to 02:00 Thursday 21:00 to 04:00 Friday 21:00 to 04:00, Saturday 21:00 to 04:00

The application itself can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Wat Tyler West, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH. [licensing@swindon.gov.uk], between 09.00hrs and 16.30hrs from Monday to Friday.

Other parties (e.g. people living in the vicinity) or responsible authorities (e.g. Trading Standards and Fire Brigade) can make representations at any time between 11 February 2013 and 10 March 2013.

Representations must relate to one or more of the licensing objectives as follows: Prevention of Crime & disorder Prevention of public nuisance Ensuring public safety Protection of children from harm
