Premises Licence Application - Mr O Kayaoglu

An application has been made by Mr O Kayaoglu to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Westlea Kebabs at Westmead Drive, Swindon.

The application includes a proposal to sell food Sunday - Thursday 17:00 - 01:00 and Friday - Saturday 17:00 - 02:00.

The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH. [licensing@swindon.gov.uk] between 09:00hrs and 16:30hrs on weekdays.

Responsible Authorities, (e.g. Police and Fire Brigade), and or Other persons (e.g. people/businesses living or working within the vicinity), can make representations at any time between 7/3/2013 and 7/4/2013.

All representations must be made in writing [including e-mail or fax].

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
