Notice Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 KITTY MIRANDA BENNETT (Deceased)

Any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Kitty Miranda Bennett late of 49 Swindon Road Wroughton

Swindon Wiltshire SN4 9AG, who died on 15th October 2012 is required to send particulars of such claim or interest to the undermentioned Solicitors acting for ANDREW DAVID GASCOIGNE and THOMAS PETER HARTSHORN the Executors of the said Oxford District Probate Registry Family Division of the High Court on or before 31st May 201S after which date the Executors will distribute the Estate having regard only to the valid claims or interest of which they would have then had notice.
