Pursuant to the Trustees Act 1925 -Any member having claim against or an interest in the Ferndale Working Men's Club, 131 Ferndale Road, Swindon, SN2 1BX are required to send their particulars thereof in writing to PO BOX 3854 Swindon SN2 9HG on or before 25 May 2013, after which date the estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interest of which they have had notice.

All claims must bear their name, address and membership number if known.

A stamped address envelope must be enclosed with claim for return of dividend if due.
