Notice is given that application will be made to the Magistrates' Court sitting at Princes Street, Swindon on 20 May 2013 at 1.45 pm for an order that part of the highway at Dorcan Way in Swindon leading from Eldene Drive to Hindle Way as indicated on the plan which may be inspected at Wat Tyler House, One Stop Shop, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm represented by the part coloured red shall be stopped up on the ground that it is unnecessary.
