Public Notice Licensing Application Licensing Act 2003 - Hobley Stores
An application has been made to the Swindon Borough Council Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence for Hobley Stores, Hobley Drive, Stratton St Margaret, Swindon, SN3 4NS
The application seeks the following licensable activities and times: Supply of Alcohol between the hours of 08:00 and 22:00 Monday to Saturday and 10:00 to 22:00 Sunday
The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH, [licensing@swindon.gov.uk], between 09.00hrs and 16.30hrs Mondays to Fridays.
Other persons (e.g. people living in the vicinity) or responsible authorities can make representations at any time between 25th April to 23rd May 2013. All representations must be made in writing [including e-mail or fax].
It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
