Notice Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925

Any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Dorothy Eileen Norris late of The Coach House Broad Hinton House Broad Hinton Swindon Wiltshire SN4 9PA, who died on 01 January 2013 is required to send particulars of such claim or interest to the under-mentioned Solicitors acting for Kathleen Ann Williams Andrew David Gascoigne and Thomas Peter Hartshorn the Executors of the said deceased under a Grant of Representation extracted on the 10 April 2013 out of the Oxford District Probate Registry Family Division of the High Court on or before 19/07/2013 after which date the Executors will distribute the Estate having regard only to the valid claims or interest of which they would have then had notice.
