Swindon Borough Council - Application for a Premises Licence, Iceland Foods Ltd

Premises: Iceland Foods Ltd, 56/67 Cricklade Road, Swindon, SN21AA.

Notice is given that Iceland Foods Limited have applied to the Swindon Borough Council Licensing Authority for a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 The proposed application relates to:

The retail sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Saturday: 0800 to 2300 and Sunday: 1000 to 2230.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing by Monday 3rd June 2013 to the Licensing Section, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH where the register of Licensing Applications can be inspected by appointment.

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
