Swindon Borough Council Temporary Closure of Footpaths and Bridleway Along Haydon Wick Brook Swindon

Notice is Hereby Given that on the 4 April 2012 Swindon Borough Council made the above Order under Section 14 and 15 of the Road Traffic Act for the temporary closure of sections of footpath and bridleway alongside Haydon Wick brook from adjacent to the playground at the back of Noyes Close to the junction of the brook with Elstree Way.

Some access paths to Haydon Wick brook will also be closed. Alternative routes will be signed locally.

The order is to carry out construction works for the Haydon Wick brook flood alleviation scheme.

The Order was due to expire on the 14th May 2013 but an application was made for the Order to be extended for 6 months to allow for the completion of works.
