Swindon Borough Council - Even Swindon Primary School, Swindon Expressions of Interest

Expressions of Interest are invited from suitable sized design and build contractors for the design and build of three separate ground floor extensions and associated internal alterations to Even Swindon Primary School, Swindon.

Invitations to tender are expected to be issued in May 2013 with the anticipated completion date at the end of August 2013.

Interested building contractors should include the following:

A design and build delivery strategy, previous relevant experience and performance and Health and Safety record over last 5 years.

Expressions of Interest should be sent to Swindon Borough Council, Property, Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon SN1 2JH.

Returns are to be made no later than 12.00 noon 17th May 2013.
