Application to Vary Premises Licence - Queens Tap, Swindon

Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Pic has applied in respect of the Queens Tap, 74 Station Road, Swindon, SN1 1DG for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:

This is an application to extend the sale of alcohol and the provision for regulated entertain­ment as follows:-

Monday to Wednesday from 08:00h until 00:00h (current permission from 11:00h until 23:00h).

Thursday to Saturday from 08:00h until 02:00h the following morning (current permission from 11:00h until 00:00h).

Sunday hours are to remain unchanged.

To main­tain thirty minutes drinking up time following the last permitted sale of alcohol.

To remove and add several conditions, relating to crime and disorder and protec­tion of children from harm, under Annex

Representations to this applica­tion must be made in writing, by end 10 June 2013, to the Swindon Borough Council Licensing Authority at Premier House, Station Road, Swindon, SN1 1TZ where the register of licensing applications can be inspected between office hours.

It is an offence on summary con­viction, to knowingly or reckless­ly make a false statement in con­nection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
