Expressions of Interest for Proposed Work at Catherine Wayte Primary School, Swindon

Expressions of Interest are invited from suitable sized contractors for the erection of a ground floor extension and internal alterations to Catherine Wayte Primary School, Swindon.

The anticipated construction start date is end of July 2013, with invitations for tender being issued in early June 2013.

Interested building contractors to include the following: Construction Quality Control, Project Method statement, Resources / programme, Project delivery strategy, previous relevant experience and performance, and Health and Safety record for the last 5 years.

Expressions of Interest should be sent to Swindon Borough Council, Property, Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon SN1 2JH.

Returns are to be made no later than noon, 28th May 2013.
