Introduction of "No Waiting at Any Time" restriction on Corporation Street, Swindon
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 22 May 2013 Swindon Borough Council made the above Order which is to continue on a permanent basis the experimental order which has been in operation since December 2011.
Introduction of "No Waiting at Any Time" restriction on Corporation Street - from a point 31 metres south of the southern kerb line of Volta Road to its Junction with Fleming Way,
The Order will be operative as of 6 June 2013.
A copy of the Order may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during normal office hours or online on www.swindon.gov.uk/ highwayregulation.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 22 May 2013 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
