Notice of Public Consultation on Local Development Orders for Blagrove Business Park, BMW Plant (Swindon), Dorcan Industrial Estate (Incorporating Adjoining Business Sites) and Groundwell Industrial Estate

Swindon Borough Council is consulting on the introduction of Local Development Orders at the above locations.

The Local Development Orders would grant planning permission for the developments specified in the Orders (subject to Conditions), and by so doing, would remove the need for a planning application to be made.

Copies of the draft Local Development Orders and Statement of Reasons are now available for public inspection and comment at Swindon Borough Council Customer Services, Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon (Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.).

The documents may also be viewed on the Council's website at: http://www.swindon.gov.uk/ldo  should be sent in writing to Freepost SCE5251, Swindon Borough Council, Planning & Transport, Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JG to arrive no later than 4.30pm on 12th July 2013.
