Licensing Act 2003: Grant of a Premises Licence - The Twins Cafe, Swindon
An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon by Saura Moura for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of The Twins Cafe, 209 Rodbourne Road, Swindon, SN2 2AA.
The application seeks the following licensable activities and times: Supply of Alcohol between the hours of 09.00 and 20.00 Monday to Thursday and between the hours of 09.00 and 22.00 Friday to Sunday.
The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH, [licensing@swindon.gov.uk] between 09.00hrs and 16.30hrs Mondays to Fridays.
Other persons (e.g. people living in the vicinity) or responsible authorities can make representations at any time between 25 June 2013 and 22 July 2013. All representations must be made in writing [including e-mail or fax].
It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
