Swindon Borough Council Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) Public Open Space

 NOTICE is hereby given that Swindon Borough Council intends to dispose of 22m² of land deemed to be Public Open Space adjacent to 10 Overbrook, Eldene, Swindon.

The land would be used as vehicle parking.

A plan showing the land can be inspected, by appointment, at Property Services, Swindon Borough Council, Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH.

Any objections to such disposal should be made in writing to the Head of Property, at the above address, by 8 August 2013. Stephen Taylor, Director of Law & Democratic Services
