Expressions of Interest are invited from suitable contractors for general construction work associated with the refurbishment, alteration and extension within the school, to provide improved facilities for young people with physical impairment.

Invitations to tender are planned for issue on Monday, 26 August 2013 and the construction cost is estimated in the region of £400,000.

Please provide evidence of construction quality control, resources / programme, similar projects, references, latest audited accounts and other relevant supporting information.
