Notice of Traffic Order Footbridge (cycle track) over Westfield Way between Caraway Drive and Downland Road
Date of order - 2 September 2013
This Order is being introduced because of refurbishment of the bridge structure.
The effect of the Order is to prohibit pedestrians and cyclist from proceeding when the appropriate traffic signs are displayed.
The alternative route is via existing pedestrian footway and ramps to uncontrolled crossing location north of the footbridge on Westfield Way.
The Order will remain in force for 12 months but it is anticipated works will be carried out from 2 September 2013 and take not more than 4 weeks to complete.
