Construction of Three Bungalows in Chantry Road, Moredon, Swindon
Expressions of Interest are invited from contractors to design and build one detached and two semi-detached bungalows and associated works.
The bungalows must be brick clad with a tiled roof and wheelchair accessible.
The anticipated construction start date is January 2014, with completion in May 2014.
Tender invitations will be issued mid October 2013.
Please provide evidence of construction quality control, resources, relevant experience, Health and Safety record for the last 5 years, and the latest audited accounts.
The deadline for expressions of interest, in writing, is no later than noon, 2 September 2013 and must be addressed to: Nic Newland, Head of Design and Architecture Resources, Swindon Borough Council, Euclid Street, Swindon SN1 2JH
