Notice is hereby given that Charterhouse Leisure Ltd has applied to Swindon BC for a new Premises Licence for recorded music, late night refreshment and the sale by retail of alcohol daily 1000-midnight at Coal, Unit 4 Regent Circus Swindon SN1 3DQ:

A register of licensing applications can be inspected at The Licensing Service, Swindon BC Euclid Street SN1 2JH tel. 01793 445500 by appointment.

Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 13 September 2013.

The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous.

Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the public domain.

Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives:  The prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.

It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard Scale under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
