Tesco Stores Ltd, Faringdon - Licensing Application

Application has been made to Vale of White Horse District Council for a new premises licence under sec­tion 17 of the Act by Tesco Stores Ltd, in respect of Tesco Stores Ltd, 21 Park Road, Faringdon, Oxfordshire, SN7 7BP to sell alcohol between 0700 - 2315hrs Monday to Saturday, and between 1000 - 1630hrs on Sunday.

The licensing register and a record of the application may be inspected at the offices of Vale'of White Horse District Council, Licensing Unit, Abbey House, Abingdon, Oxon, OX14 3JE between 0900 - 1600hrs Monday to Friday, or on the web- site at' http://www.whitehorsedc.gov.uk except public holidays

Any representation by a responsible authority or a person likely to be affected by the grant of the application must be made in writing to the council (or by email to licensing.unitewhitehorsedc.goy.uk by 25th September 2013.

It' is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, or which a person is liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000.
