Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2011 (Variation No. 11) Order 2013

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council made the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is:

Revocation of the No Waiting Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm

Ferndale Road, North side From the common boundary of Nos. 4/6 Ferndale Road to the common boundary of Nos. 52/54

From the common boundary of Nos. 58/60 Ferndale Road and to a point 1 metre east of the western building line of No. 64 Ferndale Road

Revocation of No Waiting At Any Time

Ferndale Road North side From a point 1 metre east of the western building line of No. 64 Ferndale Road in a westerly direction for a distance of 6 metres

Introduction of No Waiting At Any Time

Ferndale Road North side From the common boundary of Nos. 58/60 Ferndale Road to a point 1 metre west of the common boundary of Nos. 60/62 Ferndale Road

From the common boundary of Nos. 4/6 Ferndale Road to a point 1 metre west of the common boundary of Nos. 6/8 Ferndale Road

The Order will be operative as of 9 September 2013 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 4 September 2013 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
